Durante o mês de março de 2026, de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 16h, a Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria da Fazenda (Sefaz), levará os serviços oferecidos pela unidade móvel da Casa do Cidadão Zeladoria a dois locais da cidade. Iniciando de 2 a 3 de março no Sorocaba Shopping. Não é necessário agendamento prévio para ser atendido.
Já do dia 9 até o dia 20, a Casa do Cidadão Zeladoria Móvel na Av. Abraham Lincoln, 49, no Jardim dos Estados. E finalmente, de 23 a 31 de março, a unidade voltará ao Shopping Sorocaba, que fica na Avenida Afonso Vergueiro, 1.700.
Promovida pela Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria da Fazenda (Sefaz), a iniciativa tem como objetivo proporcionar mais eficiência e ampliar o acesso da população aos serviços públicos e essenciais, em bairros mais distantes das oito unidades fixas da Casa do Cidadão Zeladoria.
Em funcionamento desde março de 2024, a unidade móvel oferece quase 90 serviços diferentes. Lá, os munícipes podem receber atendimentos diversos, não apenas das secretarias municipais, mas também do Sine Municipal (antigo PAT), do Serviço Autônomo de Água e Esgoto (Saae) e da Urbes – Trânsito e Transportes.
De acordo com a Sefaz, entre os serviços mais procurados pela população estão emissão de carnê de parcelamento de IPTU, certidão negativa de débito e inscrição de vaga em creche.
